Winter. Winter. Winter.

If you happen to be in the Pacific North West right now there is no denying that winter has arrived. Me finally coming to terms with this might be why I’ve decided to dust of  the ole blog.

There is only one problem. I am without my personal computer for about a week as I have loaned mine out. Since this is an attempt at a photo blog, this is a problem as I have no resources for photos.

Or do I? I just uploaded WordPress for Iphone and it has a sweet little photo uploader! so enjoy a few snaps from my camera Phone!

the EARTH post

So this past saturday was the 5th aniversary of the kush trails. Depending on where you live, that’s pretty amazing to have something so special and rad for that long. I haven’t spent much time out there but I will tell you that its one of my favorite places to be.. Like being at a beach , its one of those visual places where you can go and sit and not do a damn thing and watch hours pass by. Seriously its that good!

I just can’t get over how awesome this monday was… Warm sun, mostly clear… such a fun day! I left all the cam gear at the house and grabbed Tony , my little bastard point and shoot camera.

We stared out the day with a ride around downtown… nothing serious, just talking shit and riding around .

then we met up with a couple more friends and decided that there was no reason we shouldn’t go to the beach immediately

Then…. outta no where randy showed up…

I have nothing bad to say about Mondays anymore… plain and simple.

Woa! a blog with more than 20 words!

I have a pretty hard time coming up with things to write in this little box. Every time I sit down in front of the computer to “write” a blog , I think about all the crap that I want to say or all the stuff that happened through out the day. Then I realize that I don’t actually have anything of value to talk about and then I did some more realizing and came to the conclusion that it’s a photo blog and not much writing is involved! yessssss (dual fist pumps)

that title for this blog definitely does not fit as a title but it just so happens that it IS the title of this Prince Paul/Kool Keith track I’m listening to right now. pretty sweet track!

Yesterday was a mega super windy day! I also detected some wind chill that I’m holding responsible for my chapped lips.I would have some kind of chap stick if i wasn’t the world champion chapstick melter…I dont know what it is, but if I have a brand spanking new lip balm, it WILL end up melted in the dryer… all over my clothes. FACT

Here is another fun fact!
Im getting rid of this drag slick of a spare tire around my waist! It must be the 4-6 hour missions on the bike WITH photo gear riding all over the city. I think when it’s gone I’ll be enrolling in belly dance college. I gotta start doing stuff with my life …HA!

so, I wanted to start a blog so that i had a place that i could share these photos and maybe…just maybe have something to say about them.

Its also taken me all day to write this damn thing
so much shitty televison to distract me!
first it was kurt russell trying to fly an airplane in Executive Decision , then it was some space crap followed by getting sucked in to a james bond movie. I really wanted to take a break from staring screens so I sat on the couch and stared at another screen . hmmm I may have screwed that one up

right now one of my favorite thing to do is to take photos of people that either make me laugh out loud, or think to myself “w.t.f?”
for instance, today I actually had my point and shoot camera with me at work when the ever elusive “fur-coated monster” returned to the bike shop i work at. Now, Ive tried a bunch of times to capture an image of this thing as he casually walks around in the shop without him noticing that im taking his photo:

this other fellow… is an old skater from the 80′s im guessing, comes to the china creek skate park from time to time with his busted ass looking girlfriend and smokes his crack then tries to ride the bowls in his untied hiking boots (usually unsuccessful). I really wanted to get the photo of him and his near dead looking girlfriend actually smoking the shit.I guess we cant all be that lucky…

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head that could turn your fingers that yellow would have to be cheetoes …but I don’t think thats the case here
